Privacy Policy

AirPal Flight is owned and operated by Ziki LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Ziki LLC ("Ziki," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use AirPal and related support services.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information, such as your email address.
• Flight information, briefing inputs, documents, and other content you choose to provide to AirPal.
• Sanitized pilot-note copies that you separately and voluntarily submit for analysis. Your flight records, Pilot Notes, trip details, and imported flight/schedule/hotel files are stored privately with your account to sync your devices. Sharing a sanitized note contribution is separate and requires confirming the displayed copy. TPS photos and unfinished TPS drafts remain on the device.
• Subscription and payment status supplied by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Technical and usage data, such as browser type, device information, diagnostic logs, and interactions needed to operate and secure the service.
• Messages and information you provide when contacting support.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain AirPal, process the imports and actions you request, authenticate users, support subscriptions, respond to questions, protect the service, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and comply with law.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, payments, email, document processing, analytics, security, and support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not use pilot-supplied flight documents for targeted advertising.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining security and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Sanitized pilot-note contributions are retained for up to 12 months. Retention periods for other data may vary. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request, email us. We may verify your identity before completing it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method is completely secure.

International use and children

AirPal is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. AirPal is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AirPal changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
