Help with access, subscriptions, flight-document imports, and privacy requests.

If you need help with AirPal, email our support team. Include a short description of the issue, the device and browser you are using, and any steps that reproduce it. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive operational documents.

Account and billing

Contact us for account access, subscription, cancellation, or billing questions. Payment-card information is handled by our payment provider; AirPal does not ask you to send full card details by email.

Privacy requests

You may use the same email address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with AirPal. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.

Operational safety

AirPal helps organize information supplied by pilots. It is not an official aviation data source, dispatch release, electronic flight bag, air traffic control service, or substitute for required procedures and approved sources.

For time-critical or safety-critical issues: use your operator’s approved channels and official aviation sources. Do not rely on email support or AirPal for an in-flight emergency.
