Terms of Service

AirPal Flight is owned and operated by Ziki LLC. These Terms govern your use of AirPal. By using AirPal, you agree to these Terms. If you use AirPal for an organization, you represent that you may accept these Terms for that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, keeping account information accurate, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Supplemental aviation tool
AirPal organizes information provided by users and may identify missing inputs. It is a supplemental workflow tool only. It is not an official weather, NOTAM, navigation, performance, dispatch, air traffic control, or emergency service; it is not an approved electronic flight bag unless separately approved by your operator and applicable authority.
You remain solely responsible for flight planning, operational decisions, regulatory compliance, checking all outputs against current official and operator-approved sources, and following your operator’s manuals and procedures. Do not use AirPal as the sole source for any safety-critical decision.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate AirPal. You must have the right to provide the content and must not upload information you are prohibited from sharing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse AirPal, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, upload malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or use AirPal unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown when you subscribe. Applicable charges may recur until canceled. Except where law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
Ownership
AirPal, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ziki LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or nonpayment.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirPal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziki LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or aviation or operational decisions made using AirPal.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from AirPal will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for AirPal during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
